The shaft copy WDG-Silent is suitable for a shaft height of 120m with a maximum speed of 4 m / s. The belt wheel is mounted opposite the sensor twice. This achieves a separation between storage and load sensors. Donor support is universally designed for the recording of incremental and absolute SSI encoders.. The nubs belt is maintenance free, durable, very quiet and smooth by the special structure and suspension noise.
 
The assembly in the shaft head is effected by an eye screw on which the toothed beltis mounted.   In the pit by the assembly is also made with an eye screw, in conjunction with a tension spring that holds the tooth belt under tension.
Advantages of the new sensor systems for shaft information:

The type of tooth belt is made of polyurethane, which guarantees a high abrasion resistance, as well as a UV light resistance. The toothed belt is maintenance free and resistant to aging. The installation of the timing belt is done with the mounting kit quick time-saving.
